• Question: Do you enjoy what your studying or would you ever change?

      Hi Sarah,
      I love the field that I am working in right now so I would not changed what I have done to get here. I really love science communication and demonstrating in labs so I think in a few years I may pursue a qualification in teaching also. I would like to inspire students just like my Science teacher inspired me 🙂

      Hi Sarah,

      I really do enjoy what I am studying and I probably wouldn’t change it. But at the same time I think I would be just as happy studying anything else in science. I get to talk to a lot of different people here in Trinity who are looking at a whole lot of different things. The Sun, Atoms, Light, Chemistry, Biology it’s all so fascinating. Give me a desk, some research papers and a lab and I’m happy!

      As for the future, well I don’t know if I want to do this forever. Being a lab-monkey is a young person’s game. It’s all excitement and late nights (not always working ;)) So I think I would like to teach some day. Maybe not in a school. Maybe on the internet, or be a travelling science tutor. I don’t know. Hopefully whatever I end up doing will be interesting and challenging and worthwhile.
