• Question: Is working as a scientist satisfying? Can you ever lose hope or drive when an experiment keeps going wrong?

      Great question!

      Yeah, sometimes it can be so tough when nothing works. Something that helps is that everyone in your lab goes through it at some point, and you call all help each other pull through the slump. Also, you have to try and keep in mind that at some point it *will* work, and keep going for it!

      And sometimes it does get really tough to keep going. When that happens what I like to do is something like this competition! It reminds me why I love science in the first place, you guys are a great pep rally, so thanks so much!

      But overall, I couldn’t imagine doing anything else!
